Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the commercial construction industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring successful completion within budget, timeline, and quality parameters. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective project delivery. The ideal candidate possesses excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a strong experience in commercial construction project management.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and initial project assessments.Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Manage all phases of the construction project, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.Monitor project progress, track expenses, and manage change requests.Implement effective project control measures to ensure quality, cost, and schedule compliance.Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.Monitor and manage risks throughout the project, taking proactive steps to minimize their impact.Implement proper safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates.Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective collaboration.Conduct regular project meetings, document minutes, and distribute relevant information to stakeholders.Communicate project requirements, schedules, and expectations to the project team.Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.Conduct regular inspections and assessments to verify compliance with quality requirements.Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, contracts, permits, and change orders.Essential SkillsExperience managing commercial construction projects ranging from $5-$15 million.Proficiency in Procore.Prior experience as a General Contractor.Strong skills in change order management, RFIs, and project coordination.Knowledge of engineering, mechanical, site development, project engineering, electrical, and estimation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience in document control and construction management.Strong understanding of safety protocols.Additional Skills & QualificationsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to collaborate closely with a diverse set of stakeholders.in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
