Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: In Person Mon-Fri Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 Level: Mid to Senior **Duties of the Construction Manager include but are not limited to:** + Managed the construction process in collaboration with the project manager. + Must collaborate with the team to prepare, manage, and support the documentation required for a post-performance review, audit, or other governing agency process inspection. + Manages and monitors construction schedules; interacts with the Design-Builder, Campus + Representatives, Inspector, and Regulatory Representatives to reconcile critical schedule + activities and project milestones to report on scheduled activities. + Guides construction decisions due to project conditions or project stakeholders to + maintain the project scope within the approved budget.
