Construction Project Manager I
Iconica is seeking a Construction Project Manager I to join our team! The Construction Project Manager I plays a key role in supporting the construction management team by: + Facilitating clear communication of project requirements, organizing internal and external meetings, and interpreting construction documents. + Driving project success through effective cost control and proactive risk management. + Maintaining project quality by preparing monthly reports, reviewing subcontractor scopes of work, assessing shop drawings, and resolving punch list and warranty items. + Delivering on client commitments by managing project schedules and safety initiatives. + Building and strengthening relationships with clients and subcontractors. Qualified candidates will have the following: + A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree). + At least one year of construction field experience (which may include internships or co-op experience). + Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with Procore is a plus. + Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization abilities. + The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. + A high level of initiative and a passion for continuous learning. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
