The Construction Project Manager II will serve as the lead project manager on mid-sized projects while supporting senior team members on larger, more complex projects. Key responsibilities include: + Driving project success through effective cost control and risk mitigation. + Ensuring the delivery of high-quality spaces that meet performance expectations. + Upholding commitments by managing project schedules and overseeing safety efforts. + Strengthening relationships with clients and subcontractors to promote long-term collaboration. Qualified candidates will have the following: + A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree). + Four years of experience in commercial construction, with prior project management experience preferred. + Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with Procore is a plus. + Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization abilities. + Strong analytical capabilities paired with effective negotiation skills. + The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. + A high level of initiative and a passion for continuous learning. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
