Job Summary: 

Direct involvement in preparation of a project schedule and continually review to make sure the project schedule is adhered to Responsible for the overall safety, direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects from initial budget through project closeout See that labor costs are optimized through ongoing oversight and planning with the appropriate subcontractors Proficient with job progress within Project Management Software (daily, weekly progress reporting) Attend daily/weekly construction meetings as projects require Coordinate the need, use and movement of materials, equipment Ensure that all expenditures are first supported by an approved purchase order • Manage project costs through the ongoing evaluation of labor, material, and equipment • Forecast and analyze constructions costs, exposures, and profits until project is complete

Candidate Qualifications: 

A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required 3+ years’ experience in Project Management or Field Supervision MUST have experience in commercial roofing Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership, management and project management skills Organizational and time management skills Computer and Microsoft Office Skills Capability of reading blueprints and understanding them is a plus

 

This is a position that involves travel, so you must be willing to travel to various job sites in several market areas including: Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Dayton, Louisville and Fort Wayne. However, with CentiMark, you won't have to worry about the logistics of travel - we'll provide you with a company vehicle, per diem, and lodging while you're on the road.
