Job details Spherion is seeking a talented Project Manager for home improvement company located in the Hagerstown area! The project manager will manage incoming projects from beginning to end.

Responsibilities:
-Planning: Developing plans, establishing timelines, and allocating resources
-Budgeting: Preparing cost estimates, managing costs, and ensuring projects stay on budget ... -Scheduling: Managing the labor schedule and coordinating activities
-Quality control: Ensuring projects meet contractual and legal requirements
-Communication: Working closely with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
-Negotiation: Negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
-Procurement: Procuring supplies for the jobsite, including ordering, delivery, inspection, and storage of materials
-Dispute resolution: Resolving disputes between construction workers, subcontractors, the client, third parties, or within the project -management team
-Reporting: Monitoring projects and reporting progress and budget matters to the construction firm and clients
-Managing issues: Responding to work delays, emergencies, and other problems with the project

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
