Construction Project Portfolio Manager
**Summary of Responsibilities:** Energize your career at ATC! We’re adding a Construction Project Portfolio Manager to our team to drive strategic initiatives, manage project portfolios, and optimize capital expenditure to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of construction projects. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for capital portfolio data to support department decisions and will participate in capital portfolio balancing efforts, work with our portfolio optimization committee and project controls office to develop portfolio scenarios and alternatives for discussion, and prepare documentation and data for governance meetings. **Essential Responsibilities:** In this role, you’ll use your bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or business and 10 years’ experience in project management or portfolio management in the utility industry to lead the development and maintenance of project intake data, key performance indicators (KPIs), project/program/portfolio dashboards, and reporting tools to provide visibility into project/program/portfolio status and performance, strategize, develop and own the departmental data model and dictionary and influence functional system owner architecture to ensure high quality and usability of data supporting the capital portfolio. You’ll use that data to analyze and evaluate project/program/portfolio performance to make data-driven decisions, prioritize programs/projects based on strategic goals, resource availability, and risk assessment to ensure optimal allocation of resources and provide regular updates on capital programs/the portfolio to executive leadership and senior management through governance meetings.
