Perini Management Services, Inc. is seeking Construction Quality Control Manager interested and capable of managing the Construction Site Quality Control Program on one of our exciting Federal Construction projects in the Western United States. Multiple project locations/opportunities exist, requiring temporary relocation for the project duration. As a Construction Quality Control Supervisor at Perini Management Services, you will have the opportunity to:

Implement and maintain the approved Contractor Quality Control Plan including responsibility for all required preparatory meetings, initial inspections and follow up inspections. Develop understanding/working knowledge of company quality control program, company standards, procedures, codes, etc. required to perform assigned work. Review, comment upon and control design and product submittal process. Plan, schedule and run Preparatory Meetings. Perform quality control inspections and witness tests to determine acceptability of work. Schedule and coordinate QA inspectors with Owner’s Rep. Assist in maintaining work performance records, inspection records and other related items; assure correctness of all documents. Assist in preparation/implementation of quality control procedures, i.e., inspection instructions, control measuring and test equipment, etc. Participate in internal/external quality control audits. Assist in reviewing purchase documents to ensure compliance with quality control requirements. Inspect and inventory material shipments for compliance. Ensure progress by proactively address Q.C. issues.

Requirements:

Experience on multiple Bid Build and/or Design-Build Projects with Values of Approx. $25+ Million Five (5) years experience as QC Manager or other QC Supervisory Role USACE CQM certification Experience with Federal Government Clients preferred. Four (4) year engineering degree or equivalent preferred. Experience with Historical Renovation Projects is a plus. Travel / Relocation will be required.
