Keller is looking for a Construction Recruiter.
ResponsibilitiesIn this position, you will be responsible for the following:
Full- life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening and extending offers to a variety of roles within the construction industry. Establishing applicant requirements and ensure all pre-employment assessments are completed properly. Responsible for building candidate pipelines while working closely with our Operational (Field and Shop) leads to understand staffing requirements for various construction projects. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.Utilize job boards, industry specific platforms, and networking events to find top talent. QualificationsQualified candidates will have:
3-5 years' experience recruiting experience. Construction, engineering or skilled trades preferred. Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including key roles and qualifications.Able to exhibit excellent judgment regarding applicant character.Have the ability to interact well with all levels of staff within our culturally unique companies.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Bilingual in Spanish.Travel to market areas in other states will be required.
Additional Information
Salary Range: $65-80K
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
