Our work depends on Construction Scheduler joining our team to make sure the crews are scheduled in the most efficient manner so we can get the most production out of the crews to meet the customer POE requirements on the program. Will be working with the GDIT self perform construction crews to get the required closeout information to close the site 100% so we can get paid including all customer deliverables, Landlord requirements and all jurisdictional required inspections

HOW A CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Develops and maintains scheduling for construction projects per the direction of Project Management and Construction Superintendents.
● To make sure the crews are scheduled in the most efficient manner so we can get the most production out of the crews to meet the customer POE requirements on the program. Will be working with the GDIT self perform construction crews to get the required closeout information to close the site 100% so we can get paid including all customer deliverables, Landlord requirements and all jurisdictional required inspections

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (Not required)
● Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience with construction team members
● Required Technical Skills: Good with computer and ability to use Excel and GD database system which is called OneVizion
● Security Clearance Level: None Required
● Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to think through and solve problems quickly and communicate with the proper experts when needed
● Preferred Skills: Good communication, ability to multi task and handle high volume of e-mails and conference calls
● Location: This work can be done from remote locations
●US Citizenship Required
