Construction Site Cleaner

One of the fastest growing builders in the area is seeking a Construction Site Cleaner. This builder offers a broad range of both design and build services, both residential and commercial.  Their dedication to designing and building distinctive and timeless projects is reflected in each and every project. For over fifteen years, this builder has completed some of the largest residential and commercial builds in the area.

The Construction Site Cleaner keeps construction project sites clean and in an orderly condition. Construction clean up duties will be both indoors and outside helping to maintain a clean, organized and safe job site.

Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Full-time

Essential Functions & Duties: Sweep, dust, vacuum, and scrub a variety of surfaces from early stages of construction through final cleaning of completed projects Remove excess construction materials, trash, and debris from the construction site Organize construction material to maintain a clean environment Use a variety of hand and power tools to assist with site demolition and other tradesman Create and maintain a good working relationship with all employees within the team
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, preferred Valid driver’s license and evidence of insurability preferred, some travel is required to remote job sites Able to work independently Aware of your surroundings and comfortable working in open construction sites Able to climb, crawl, balance, bend, and push Able to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time (up to 12-hour shifts) Able to lift up to 50 pounds
