Requirements:
Matric Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous. 10 year's practical construction site working experience essential. Good understanding of building techniques. Finishing and Carpentry experience and knowledge essential. Exceptional communication skills. Knowledge and ability to complete all projects to a high quality standard. Strong focus on quality and upholding the high-end company standards. Duties:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from inception to completion. Effectively manage timelines, and resources to meet project goals and deadlines. Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and high-end quality standards. Hands-on managing construction sites and all subcontractors. Regular reporting on progress, challenges, and solutions. Lead, manage and mentor project teams, creating a working culture of safety and excellence. Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
