ARA Curus is part of the Suez group of
companies, we specialise in the biogas and biomethane sector and we are growing
quickly, involved in the full lifecycle of biogas plants from the design to
construction, operations and maintenance. We plan to built 8 biogas plants in
the 24 comings months. We also cooperate with Suez Polish branch office and the
Suez International Engineering and Construction team based in Paris.
We are looking for a construction site
manager to manage the construction of one biogas plant in Poland, role is
dedicated to the plant in Wiadrów.
The position is based in Wiadrów, Lower
Silesia, Poland - Biogas plant.
The office is based in Legnica, Lower
Silesia, Poland.
The role includes the normal tasks of a
construction site manager on a process plant, the Suez group has a particular
focus on health and safety and for you communicating and following health and
safety procedures with all stakeholders will be a key part of the role.
Also in dealing with international offices
and technology partners while delivering projects in Poland, dual language
skills will be needed every day including where necessary the translating of documents
and in meetings from Polish to English and English to Polish.
Construction
site Manager Responsibilities:
Organizing, planning, and supervising all
construction tasks in accordance with legal regulations, internal
procedures, and the requirements of the Client and Supervision
Continuously monitoring the progress of
work
Coordinating the work of subcontractors,
ensuring the efficient use of materials and equipment
Supervising and controlling the
construction budget, settling with subcontractors
Preparing reports and cooperating with the
Project Manager
Supervising the
preparation of subcontractor and acceptance documentation
Performing the
function of Construction Manager in accordance with the requirements of
Article 22 of the Construction Law, including coordinating the
implementation of health and safety tasks;
maintaining
construction documentation;
participating in
the acceptance of works, including the acceptance of works that are to be
covered or disappearing, acceptance of milestones and final acceptance
preparing as-built documentation of the construction object;
