Job Description
Manage Construction Site Supervisors, assigning work, tracking progress including adherence to approved scope, budget, and published schedule. Manage team project workload for equitable distribution of work, growth opportunities, and leveraging individual’s strengths. Leverage team knowledge, experience, and expertise to establish CF equipment and design standards. Lead the commission of equipment and control systems at the end of projects. Document scope and budgets for projects. Partner with Supply Chain for best cost of materials and equipment. Establish project teams for input/participation from impacted functional groups. Ensure thorough communications via monthly reports, project team meetings, and impromptu discussions. Assist in managing contractor relationships. Partner with M&R manager for major repair planning and budgeting. Assist in the design and engineer planning for large capital projects. Other duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00
