Raba Kistner is seeking an organized, dependable Construction Stormwater Field Technician I to join our team in College Station, TX. Responsibilities encompass supporting and contributing to a successful Environmental Services Division through the execution of compliance standards. This position will entail working in outdoor weather conditions on a crew installing various storm water control products.  Some of those products include fencing, rock work, storm drain inlet protectors, erosion control mats and other products. Other responsibilities will include: 

Conduct fieldwork to support environmental projects. Assist with environmental construction monitoring for various projects.Participate and/or coordinate activities of subcontractors on assigned projects.Interact with clients as necessary.Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.Zero (0) – three (3) years’ of applicable experiencePossess valid Texas driver’s license and meet company’s auto insurability requirements.

Good communications skills and ability to work with clients and staff within the organization. Must be self-motivated with good attendance record and be able to work independently and in a team environment. Able to drive company vehicle, manage and complete all assigned jobs efficiently and on time.

May be required to frequently work near moving mechanical parts; predominately work in outdoor weather conditions, and occasionally work with vibration. This position may include some exposure to loud noise.

This position may require protracted or irregular hours. Flexibility to work irregular hours is necessary due to client needs. Work responsibilities will require out of town travel to project locations.
