We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects in Arizona. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to local building codes and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Arizona’s construction landscape, including knowledge of desert climates, soil conditions, and regional construction practices.

You Will:
• Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day construction site operations, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure smooth progress.
• Scheduling & Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules, aligning with project managers and clients to meet deadlines.
• Quality Control: Enforce high-quality standards through regular inspections and proactive problem-solving.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and Arizona-specific safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety on-site.
• Budget & Cost Management: Monitor project costs, approve expenditures, and mitigate financial risks by identifying potential issues early.
• Permitting & Code Compliance: Navigate local permitting processes and ensure projects meet all Arizona building codes and regulations.
• Communication & Reporting: Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, providing regular progress updates.

You Bring:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a construction superintendent, preferably with projects in Arizona.
• Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Certifications: OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and relevant construction certifications.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in project management software.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Arizona-specific construction practices, including sustainable building methods suited for hot and arid environments.
