Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for on-site coordination, scheduling, subcontractor management, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met from groundbreaking to project completion.
ResponsibilitiesManage daily on-site operations and enforce project schedules.Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors.Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in commercial ground-up construction.Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with vertical ground-up construction.Experience managing commercial projects valued at over $500,000.OSHA 10 certification.3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent in commercial construction.Experience supervising construction projects.Experience with projects over $2 million.OSHA 30 certification.Work Environment
Projects are based on location, typically ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour from your home. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
