Job Title: Construction Superintendent Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent with extensive experience in managing construction sites with budgets over 5 million. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience, and demonstrate expertise in working with General Contractors, Construction Management, and Design-Build projects. Knowledge of MEP systems and an OSHA 30 certification are essential. Responsibilities + Regularly walk the site to observe progress, ensure quality, and address the needs of team members and trade partners. + Provide a calm and confident presence, offering direction and encouragement, especially during chaotic situations. + Maintain detailed field logs, manpower tracking, and daily reports to ensure nothing is overlooked. + Coordinate and prepare for state and local inspections. + Ensure the jobsite is safe, clean, and professional at all times. + Support punch list preparation throughout the project. Essential Skills + 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent managing jobsites with budgets over 5 million. + Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience. + Experience with General Contractors, Construction Management, and Design-Build. + Knowledge of MEP systems. + OSHA 30 certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Skills in construction management, ground-up projects, blueprint reading, field management, and subcontractor management. + Proficiency in construction supervision, design-build, subcontract management, building envelope, and MEP systems. Work Environment The position requires onsite presence on projects across Delaware, Eastern Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
