**Job Title: Construction Superintendent**
**Location:** Riverton, WY
**Employment Type:** 7AM-5PM Monday-Friday
**Salary** : $88,400 - $93,600 DOE
Adecco is helping a local client in Riverton, WY seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, excellent organizational and management skills, and a strong background in civil construction projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist the Project Manager with reviewing contract documents, preparing submittals, and developing construction schedules.
+ Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying estimates, proposals, plans, specifications, and related documents to ensure safe and timely project completion.
+ Oversee day-to-day operations on job sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and construction schedules.
+ Provide hands-on supervision and direction to workers in the field to maintain quality control and safety.
+ Work closely with the Project Engineer to handle changes to contract documents and assist in the preparation of change orders.
+ Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials, preventing project delays.
+ Ensure that construction processes comply with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
**Requirements:**
+ Basic knowledge of computers and software used in construction management.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Experience with heavy construction equipment, including civil, asphalt paving, and underground utilities.
+ Knowledge of setting grade and site preparation processes.
+ Familiarity with Department of Transportation rules and regulations is a plus.
+ Ability to effectively manage teams and communicate with all levels of personnel.
+ Must have a proactive approach to safety and quality control on job sites.

**Pay Details:** $88,400.00 to $93,600.00 per year
