Description

Develop and implement overall project work schedules identifying the critical path including the expediting of scheduled critical materials and equipment for their timely delivery to the siteDevelop and manage the overall site safety program as required and ensure subcontractor compliance within standards and all applicable safety codes and regulationsOversee work among all trades to promote and coordinate project operationsResolve local area problems regarding procedures, precedence, design clarifications, adequate labor and equipment, schedule, and all other appropriate mattersEnsure all necessary permits and inspections are in place and kept current for the project's term, and act as liaison to inspection agenciesI'd like for you to manage the work to make sure that it is installed in compliance with and meets the approved contract documents

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00
