Construction Superintendent

Job Description

Follow procedures to ensure quality and safety in healthcare projects.Manage daily job site activities and team alignment with project plans.Provide feedback and mentorship to create a collaborative environment.Communicate regularly with the Project Management team.Address challenges quickly and find effective solutions.Guide and support your team to achieve their goals.Build connections with field and office teams.Engage in continuous learning for yourself and your team.Use MS Project to create and update the project schedule.Provide weekly updates on the three-week look-ahead schedule.Set project benchmarks and integrate them into the schedule.Ensure high-quality standards through quality assurance and control.Monitor subcontractor performance for quality.Schedule safety meetings for subcontractors and ensure OSHA compliance.Regularly check the project site for safety adherence.

 

Qualifications:

·       3+ years of experience as a Superintendent leading projects.

·       3+ years of experience with Healthcare commercial projects.

·   CSL Preferred, not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
