Job Purpose   

·      TheConstruction Superintendent Piping is responsible for the delivery of allaspects of Piping Construction overseeing the fabrication, installation, and commissioningof piping systems in CO2 Sequestration Project. This role involves ensuringthat piping systems meet regulatory standards and project specifications,coordinating with project management teams, and conducting tests to verify theintegrity and strength of the systems. Ensures that related technicalrequirements (e.g., project specifications, data sheets, etc.) developed duringEPC fully comply with project requirements. Effectively collaborates and interfaces with Facilities Team and EPC contractorengineers and Operations personnel (as required) to ensure that the Piping andLayout scope of supply is fully integrated and optimized. Provides oversight ofthe EPC contractor’s, and as required, Vendor’s and/or ConstructionSubcontractor’s production of associated deliverables within project budget andschedule.

Minimum Requirements

·      A highlevel of proficiency in written and spoken English.

·      Computerliteracy involving the regular use of professional office applications and sometechnical applications.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

·       Extensive experience in greenfield construction and brownfield construction and operations in a leadership and supervisory role

Knowledge and/or Experience           

·      8 years’ experience in Piping and PipelineConstruction supervision level with overall responsibility for EPC constructionexecution in amajor oil and gas project experience
