The ideal candidate will manage on-site operations, ensuring that timelines, safety standards, and budgets are met while maintaining excellent communication with project stakeholders.

Quality Assurance: Inspect work regularly for quality and adherence to timelines. Provide progress updates to owners and architects, recommending adjustments as needed.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project specifications, zoning requirements, and regulations are met.
Permits & Contracts: Secure necessary permits and licenses and execute contracts as per project agreements.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets closely, addressing any variances and maintaining detailed cost and inventory records.
Union Collaboration: Serve as a liaison with union representatives, addressing questions and clarifying procedures.
Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to ensure project success.

Bachelors

Ability to manage and coordinate diverse teams across multiple roles.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and execute blueprints, drawings, and architectural plans.
Solid understanding of construction safety, building practices, and legal requirements.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Bachelor???s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
