**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Supervise construction site employees in a Highway/Interstate environment.
+ Oversee proper implementation of safety procedures.
+ Assist with the planning and scheduling of work to meet project needs.
+ Manage and optimize the operations at the site to include planning, personnel, equipment, quality, costs and maintenance.
+ Communicate and coordinate with Construction Manager to ensure work load is scheduled and performed to meet the needs of the project.
+ Performs other related job duties as assigned.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ High School Diploma or equivalency and prior relevant job experience .
+ Valid/Clean Driver's License is required.
+ Working knowledge of regulations and regulatory agencies, such as OSHA, EPA, and zoning law.
+ Understanding of the capability and proper utilization of blueprints, machinery, and equipment used in heavy/highway construction.
+ Must be familiar with local PA area.
**Work Environment**
+ Rotating Shift Work. Starting nights, 6pm -6am, then moving to shift rotation
+ Fast-paced and dynamic highway construction sites.
