You will be partnering with the Project Manager in assisting with planning, organizing and controlling projects. This is a traveling field service technician position and the candidate can be based anywhere in the United State. Candidate must have valid drivers license and US passport.** **Core Responsibilities** + Interface directly with Customer throughout the construction phase of the project + Assist Project Manager with evaluation and selection of sub-contractors + Manage sub-contractors and drive schedule + Coordinate work between subcontractors + Ensure the work is constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications + Update schedules as required during construction + Prepare 3 week look ahead and ensure equipment and materials will be available + Communicate daily with the Project Manager and prepare weekly project reports + Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with local regulations **Qualifications** + Technical degree or equivalent work experience + 5+ years of experience in construction industry + Strong communication skills and leadership qualities + Forward thinking + Ability to read and understand construction plans + Ability to pass background check & pre-employment drug screen + Must have valid US passport + Must be able to travel 3 weeks/month **Additional Details** + Long term duration on project sites + Overtime and some weekend work required + Travel and living expenses paid + Per diem + Company or rental vehicle **What We Offer:** + Health, Dental and Vision insurance available on your 1st day of employment + Generous retirement savings plan + Generous PTO package and paid holidays + Career progression and development plans + Company wellness, rewards and recognition, and employee discount programs **Job postings will include a wide salary range, with each role's pay falling within that range.
