Must handle management skills with confidence, effective communication, ability to lead and delegate, time and priority management, problem solving and conflict resolution. Must have qualities that creates a disciplined, consistent atmosphere. Must have clear directives and the means to accomplish their duties and confidence to lead their team for success and advancement for themselves and the company. Supervisors are expected to consistently perform following duties daily for safety, quality and efficient productivity.

Management
Team meetings every morning to go over the production schedule. Monitoring policies are being met, phones, smoking, starting work on time and returning from breaks. If not apply corrective actions as necessary to coach employees up or remove employees that do not want to comply with policy. Assist in training and development of all team members. Even if people have set roles, all employees should know how to perform all functions of the job. Evaluate employees fairly and consistently to bring them up to standards for quality and speed. If not apply appropriate corrective actions for work performance as necessary to coach employees up or remove employees that do not want to comply with policy.Production

Our Supervisor in training are expected to guide their team to be able to hit the quality standards that our customers deserve.
Guiding our people to work through quality issues Showing employees the defects that are seen or areas of improvements needed to deliver a quality product. Final checks on units prior to shipping to ensure the standards are met or exceeded.Responsibilities
Safety should be at the forefront of everything we do. We want people to leave work in the same condition they arrived in. Weekly saw reports Weekly Plant inspections Overseeing production of cabinet assembly, Ship loose, and field work Completing critical audits on units prior to shipping Maintaining daily shortages and tracking, along with reporting weekly to upper management Notifying warranty of the houses shipping along with status of shortages and work items, at least 48 hours in advance. Reporting carrier heights after materials have been loaded in unitsMinimum Qualification
2 year degree preferred or equivalent experience Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills Self starter with a strong work ethic Ability to work in a complex deadline-oriented environment Fluent in Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
Working conditions:
Continuous exposure to heat, cold, noise, and working outdoors. Must wear protective equipment while at the location
Physical requirements:
Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling and climbing to a significant degree Heavy Work-Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds or force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees as well as function safely around construction equipment
