About the Role

Role is responsible for:
1) Leading the execution of key strategies on business/customer retention and recovery for Agency’s attainment of its 2-year persistency target.
2) Providing analytics studies for critical programs geared towards Agency’s development and/or implementation of major initiatives to maintain/improve channel’s M13 & M25 persistency, premium collection (or renewal income) and in-force business.
3) Managing day-to-day operations for achieving the channel’s 2-year persistency target and completing system-related projects.
4) Providing strategy and analytics support work in identified workstreams assisting agency productivity and activation, channel expansion and leader promotion, and customer/business retention and recovery.

1. Manage and oversee the delivery of Company-initiated retention and recovery campaigns, ensuring agency and field sales team’s awareness and optimal impact on agents’ 2-year persistency.

2. Implement programs/initiatives towards attainment of channel’s persistency and collection rate target such as, but not limited to monthly reports/trackers, persistency notification automation, ACA/ADA list, Premium Holiday list, etc.

3. Develop sound and accurate data-driven assessment and studies, projections and insights for critical programs and initiatives that will aid in ensuring agency’s persistency and collection targets are met. Projects and initiatives include, but not limited to, those related to:

ProductsACS Bonus, Long-term Campaigns and TripsPremium Collection & Business Recovery campaignsDeep Dive Studies on specific agencies and/or agent segments

4. Partner with field sales team in customer/business retention/recovery campaign development, execution and assessment, and liaise with other departments on their behalf, for campaign improvement and agency buy-in.

5. Manage day-to-day operations such as:

Addressing agency inquiries and adjustment requestsResolving system-related issues on persistency reportsEnhancement of processes/systems needed (i.e. updating of persistency table for monthly mode selling, etc.)Collaboration with other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues impacting persistency such as processing of payments, reinstatements, etc.

6. Equip field sales team, trainers, and agency partners (leaders and advisors) in building and enhancing their knowledge and skills on persistency and in-force management through training sessions/roadshows and by developing various training materials.

7. Communicate and present analytical findings and recommendations to key stakeholders as required.

8. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
