Alternative Investments is a Top 25 Enterprise Priority at Fidelity. The Consultant is a critical role in helping to design, develop, and deploy strategic Alternative Investments offerings for Fidelity. The successful Consultant is a highly motivated 'self-starter' with a sense of ownership and who possess a 'one Fidelity' customer attitude, a collaborative approach, and an open and innovative mentality to work through complex scenarios! In the role, the focus will be on:

Identifying the needs and problems for our customers.Leading or supporting ideation, development, and execution of new offerings and capabilities to help clients better meet their financial goals.Driving or supporting key aspects of the strategy and product development life cycle including business case development, research and development, business requirements, go-to-market, and designing and implementing end-to-end customer experiences.Identifying critical business insights based on external market research, competitive intelligence, customer and advisor research, and internal Fidelity opportunities.Working across Fidelity with internal and external business partners to optimize associate and customer experiences that address the needs of our customers.The Expertise and Skills You BringBachelor's or equivalent with 8+ years of experience or Masters with 6+ years of experience. CAIA, CFA, CFP, all are a plus.Product management experience, a plus.Business strategy or consulting experience, a plus.Understanding of Fidelity’s wealth offerings and experiences, a plus.Strong project management skills and driven to own several initiatives at once.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; strong listening skills to integrate different perspectives and achieve better outcomes.Strong presentation skills to achieve consensus with multiple audiences, including regular presentations to senior Fidelity leaders.Cross-functional collaboration skills to navigate an environment with a range of priorities and perspective.Ability to think broadly about both digital and live channel experiences, as well as how unique elements fit together.Demonstrated experience in articulating customer needs in the design of products and solutions.The Team

You will be a critical and valued member of the Strategic Initiatives Team within Wealth Alternatives and Investment Solutions, within Fidelity Wealth. The Consultant will collaborate with key partners across the broader Wealth Alternatives, Wealth Solutions Delivery, Wealth Distribution, and Asset Management organizations to support the delivery of strategic initiatives, new client experiences, and new offerings.

Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
