Leads as a subject matter expert, supporting a team, applying expertise to solution development, ensuring project success, providing diverse consulting services, contributing to deliverables, facilitating client meetings, and performing specialized tasks. + Serves as subject matter expert of a specific consulting assignments, to include supporting a team of other subject matter experts. + Applies practical experience and theoretical knowledge and expertise to solution development. Ensures the accomplishment of project activities and objectives. + Provides a broad range of consulting services, including program planning, strategy development, program execution, evaluation, and policy development. Utilizes experience and expertise to contribute to the development of deliverables. + Leads or assists in discussions and meetings with the client or project team. Performs a variety of tasks that require both practical and experience and theoretical, state-of-the-art, technical knowledge in specialty areas. + All other duties as assigned.
