Role Description:

There is an opportunity for an “experienced and knowledgeable” applicant to join the Private Capital Administration BPA team in India. The prime responsibility of the BPA team is to deal with business support, system upgrades and development, small change and major capital projects. This role involves functional and technical support of FIS™ Investran and Yardi, and its ancillary applications used within Private Capital Administration businesses.

The Key Responsibilities of the role include:

Provide L1 & L2 Production Support for Private Equity Platform and its ancillary applications, by providing timely resolution for functional and technical queriesInteract and liaise with technology team and external vendors to resolve queriesAnalyse operational procedures and processes, working with the Private Equity operations team to identify areas for automation, to reduce risk and improve efficiencyCollaborates, elicit, analyse, outline and develop requirements for dockets and small changes, coordinating with business and technology teamsFormulate application testing strategies and test plans, execute test cases (manual or automated) and review results for Private Equity Platform and all its ancillary applications, report and troubleshoot defectsDevelop as a functional Expert for PCA operations and its platform, documenting and developing a knowledge base, and cross-training team membersProvide support for new business onboarding as well as growth within the existing client baseWork closely with regional functional managers in various processes / projects to ensure communication and smooth implementationServe as a Change Advocate; establish trust and gain enthusiasm within the business teams

The successful candidate will benefit from having:

A good understanding of the FIS™ Investran platform, overall experience of 8-10 years and minimum 6 years of Business Analyst experienceCandidate should be flexible for working in rotational shifts (Early morning and night shift)Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) to interact and manage expectations with stakeholders and managementAbility to work under pressure and to prioritise tasksKnowledge of FIS™ Investran application is must and Yardi Voyager is preferredProven experience as a Business Analyst, or a strong operational background in private equityBA or Project management certification would be added advantage

•24 months as a Technical Coordinator/Associate Consultant to move as a Team Leader/ Consultant.
•Movement within TL and Consultant is 12 months
