Role/ Department:
A vacancy has arisen in our SharePoint / Power Suite Development Support Team. Northern Trust offers a first class service to a variety of our Guernsey Partners to support clients and work closely to ensure deliverables and processes are streamlined and automated to improve Customer Experience.
You will be working as a key member within the Development team whilst providing additional support to the Guernsey Partners.
Key components of the role include liaising with internal teams, running projects in house to streamline Manual Processes and offer solutions to automate these processes. Dealing with ad-hoc queries as they arise, all within scheduled timeframes and ensuring that all client KPIs are accurate. Continued support and Development to Business SharePoint and Power Suite Workflows.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Lead, Develop and implement custom solutions using Power PlatformAutomate workflows and business processes.Support and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret their requirements and provide technical solutions.Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and trends.Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of low-code platforms.Review existing procedures, processes, and problems and recommends where automation or improved processes can be implementedInteract and liaise with IT teams to resolve issues in a timely fashionInvestigate and identify root causes of errors. Re-engineer processes to ensure that client needs are met and efficient processes are in placeSkills/ Qualifications:
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
Proven hands-on experience with developing solutions using Power Platform.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong team player, flexible and with the ability to sometimes work under pressure with minimal supervision.Preferably , the candidate will hold a University degree in computer Science or related field. However, 3+ Years Relevant IT Development Experience, would be required, to be under consideration.Working with Us:
