What You'll Bring:

TransUnion is looking to hire a Consultant, Data Integration as a member of our Analytics Operations team.

The ideal candidate will be an analytical and critical thinker with a demonstrated track record of performing highly detailed/technical work in an agile environment.

The primary goal of this position is to be a Subject Matter Expert providing strategic recommendations to our Data Management Platform (IDMP) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) clients based on accumulated experience with outside ad tech platforms. In addition, the ability to work independently, prioritize, collaborate, and provide actionable input for our internal teams (i.e. Product, Sales, Engineering, etc.) and clients is a must in our everyday work environment.

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience

2-3 Years’ experience in agency or publisher side ad operations

Deep understanding of ad serving and the ad tech / mar tech industry

Prior experience with, but not limited to, the following

DMP: Neustar, Adobe, Oracle BlueKai

DSP: The Trade Desk, DV360

Ad Servers: Campaign Manager, Flashtalking, Innovid

Site Analytics: Adobe, Google Analytics, Coremetrics

Tag Management Solutions (TMS): Tealium, Google Tag Manager, Signal, Ensighten

​We'd love to see:

Impeccable organizational, operational, analytical, presentation, and project management skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with market research, statistical methods, big data, segmentation modeling approaches, and marketing concepts

Familiarity with file servers using Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services or FTPs

Working knowledge of HTML/JavaScript/SQL (or related programming tools) is a plus

Familiarity with Excel concepts such as VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, etc.

Ability to demonstrate strong mathematical and problem-solving skills

Ability to travel 10% of the time

Impact You'll Make:

Establishment of strong client relationships by understanding the account strategy to further enhance technical (and tactical) efforts

Serve as a pre- and post-sales technical subject matter expert to help drive adoption, utilization, and ROI through innovation in data-driven marketing tactics

Be able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Deliver market feedback from customers to product/engineering

Be the primary Data Integration point of escalation for all DMP/MTA deployments

Manage customer technical integration related inquiries

Manage path to resolution for issues/QA/UI bugs with appropriate Product Manager/Engineering groups

Drive ongoing operational support for existing products/services as well as customized implementations with little to no supervision

Player-coach with an ability to lead or do the work as the situation requires

Great teammate-leader with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust and credibility with partners and stakeholders and inspire effective collaboration across teams

Track record of coaching and mentoring junior team members in a project-based environment

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The salary range for this position is $80,845.00 - $132,600.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
