Summary:
The Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) team is seeking a Coordinator to assist with a key transformative Risk and Control Enhancement (RCE) program. Under general supervision (but works independently most of the time), this role would partner with others across the organization in multiple countries to provide coordination and support to the RCE program as it relates to Data as well as directly to Senior Management within Data and Technology. This role will allow the ideal candidate to gain additional experience and visibility while contributing to a high value program.
Major Duties
The Data Program Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating activities within the Program.
• Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Create detailed project plans as needed to achieve business goals
• Track progress on Data Milestones, and generate reports as needed through coordinating among many varied teams
• Responsible for end-to-end process management. This may include analysis and design with an understanding of technical and operating challenges and solutions as they relate to the current and future program.
• Process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes.
• Carries out data activities of medium complexity with significant internal business impact
• May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management
• Provide advice around data management and data delivery and has broader knowledge of data
• Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions to drive results
• Delivers a work product that requires less revision
• Provide executive-level support to senior management within data teams as needed to ensure appropriate delivery of key business goals.
Knowledge/Skills
- A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred
- Knowledge of data delivery and analytics, reporting, and/or data management practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
- Experience in Problem solving simple to medium complex problems to ensure delivery of goals
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change
- Risk Management experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- ADO experience is a plus
