Job DescriptionKlick Consulting is seeking a high performing, high achieving and passionate digital health product leader to join our growing team. We are looking for an experienced and adaptable consultant, with a background in digital health product development and management, to join our team building digital health solutions for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the development of cutting-edge digital solutions from concept to launch. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and pain points, and use this information to develop solutions that meet their objectives.

As a Digital Health Consultant on the Klick team, you will be responsible for:Driving the strategic vision, direction, and development of technological solutions for clientsWorking understanding of Software as a Medical Device development process, Telehealth Platforms / ServicesNavigating and preparing for regulatory (e.g. FDA), legal, and medical reviews and meetingsManagement of Klick’s Quality Management SystemGathering external research, participating in customer and expert interviews, analyzing client and Klick generated data to inform decision makingDeveloping product roadmaps and feature sets that meet client needsCommunicating critical insights visually and verballyExperience running and managing projects, keeping an eye on both long and short term needsCollaborating with team members across a range of disciplines, in service of product developmentUnderstanding of agile methodologies is keyEngaging directly with a variety of clients, serving as the champion of their productRequirements:3+ years’ experience in a product development environment is a must; core focus within the US healthcare space is an assetExperience with software development and project management processes and methodologiesExperience managing day-to-day technical and design directionKnowledge of the US (FDA) regulatory landscape in reaction to the development of digital solutionsUnderstanding of ISO13485:2016, and ability to manage a Quality Management SystemExcellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with leadership, senior staff and staff in both technical and business areasAbility to work both independently and led teamsExperience in gaining alignment or gathering requirements through client working sessionsProven track record in being adaptable and able to pivot quickly to changing needs and requirementsExperience in design thinking and future thinking/foresighting is an assetComfort in leading and participating in co-creational ideation and design exercisesExperience in scoping and project planning, in particular in the development of digital solutionsDegree in technology or business related field; post-graduate degree an asset, or equivalent vocational experienceWorking understanding of common fullstack (Node, Angular, React, etc.) and cloud technologies (AWS, GVP, Azure. etc.) is considered an asset#LI-MK1 #LI-Hybrid
