What you’ll be doing

You’ll be joining CIBC’s Privileged Identify and Access Services team. You’ll be on the front lines of building the future of information security at CIBC. In this role you will part of a new and growing team managing our non-human Privileged access service that leverages the HashiCorp Vault product to deliver our core non-human privileged access management capabilities. As an Information Security Consultant on this team you’ll be involved in managing our service, helping it grow and mature to be fully leveraged across the organization. You’ll provide insight and support to assemble policies and procedures and manage BAU and Enhancement initiatives that safeguard our clients, enhancement, and enable our success.

 

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote

 

How you'll succeed

Business Process management Create/maintain and help manage business processes, procedures and/or documentation related to our non-human Identity and Access Service initiatives.

Business analysis and documentation activities Perform the role of Business Analysts for PIAS owned projects such as identifying & documenting Business Requirements, coordinating, facilitating and executing UAT, participating in technical deployments to perform business validation

Facilitate workshops and improvements Facilitate Identity and Access Services initiatives workshops and improvements. Educate business users responsible for managing and operating business initiatives

Continuous process improvement Evaluate existing business initiatives and determining process improvements

Facilitate adoption Facilitate adoption of Identity and Access Services best practices and tools

 

Who you are

You have demonstrated 3 - 5 years of experience in the area of Privileged Access Management and HashiCorp Vault. It’s an asset if you have experience with SailPoint or CyberArk
