Precision Medicine Group's Evidence Solutions team is an award-winning global healthcare market access consultancy. We excel at understanding the ever-changing and complex healthcare market and helping clients solve issues including distribution, launch pricing and contracting, access improvement, formulary inclusion and product value positioning.

 

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to Creating an analytic plan and project timeline, and maintaining throughout engagement Taking a hands-on approach to client engagements including the writing and running of SQL queries to extract data from large-scale assets Quantitative slide preparation + storytelling including the presentation of insights and strategy to outside clients Providing coaching and direction to junior staff (e.g. Analyst, Sr. Analyst) across multiple projects Proactively developing broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through on the job experience and training, participation in conferences and symposiums, and other forums for professional knowledge sharing Providing direction, advice and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams, through consistent participation in team meetings Providing input in the development of client records and presentations and delivering significant portions of findings to client work streams Ensuring clear communication throughout projects and amongst the team Leveraging business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approaches to client questions Beginning to shadow senior team members in business development and aiding in crafting proposals and statements of work (SOW)

 

Qualifications

Minimum Required:

Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree with quantitative or life science focus preferred 2-4 years of work experience optimally in a professional service firm with analytical responsibilities Experience with SQL in a structured environment + self-directing analyses + presenting findings to audience Experience working with key pharmaceutical datasets [Rx/Medical Open claims (e.g. IQVIA LAAD), Formulary data (e.g. MMIT/DRG), HCP level prescribing data, Remittance etc.] Experience in the following areas: MS Office Suite (advanced Excel & PowerPoint including VBA)

 

 

Other required:

Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and work effectively across the organization to accomplish team goals is critical Capability to work effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals, convey results, incorporate enhancements, and standardize processes across projects is critical Demonstrable experience in mentoring associate analytic consultants Excel experience working with data (formulas, charts, pivot tables) PowerPoint experience (slide creation, presentation, charts) May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays

Preferred:

Experience in building presentations and analytic story crafting Excellent presentation and communication skills

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.Reasonable estimate of the current range$80,000—$112,000 USD
