What You'll Bring

We are looking for outstanding candidates who are:

Currently enrolled in the first year of an MBA, MPP, or MPA at a full-time program that allows them to complete a summer internship at our Mexico offices from June to August 2025.Highly interested in Mexico and its business landscape, with a passion for driving impact in the region.Have relevant work experience in management consulting, consumer goods, banking, investment, technology, data analytics, or other strategic industries.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex business challenges.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively in diverse teams.Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Who You'll Work With

As an MBA Summer Intern at BCG México, you will work closely with consultants, project leaders, and partners, tackling strategic challenges for leading companies in Mexico.

You will collaborate with clients in consumer goods, financial services, technology, and data analytics, helping them solve complex business problems. Throughout the 10-week internship, you will gain hands-on consulting experience, develop data-driven recommendations, and receive mentorship from senior leaders in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
