This is not a Remote role and will require the incumbent to be based in the country where the person is hired and work a hybrid schedule. This is an Individual Contributor role.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Event Consultant, APAC Meetings & Events. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting the APAC Meetings & Events Director and APAC Event Managers in all aspects of project execution and coordination of logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in event coordination.
What You’ll Do for Us
Process purchase order requests, including invoices, goods receipts, vendor payments, and follow-ups.
Set up vendors in our Procure to Pay system.
Reconcile monthly Visa purchasing card and American Express statements.
Coordinate small meetings and events and/or components of larger projects under the supervision of a project lead.
Provide general project support, including administrative tasks and assistance with meetings and events.
Manage project-related shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Create and maintain regular event status reports and post-event recap/debrief reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3-5 years of event coordination experience or comparable work experience.
Self-motivated and capable of working both collaboratively and independently, with minimal oversight.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize key deliverables.
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to provide relevant information to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Exercises good judgment, makes effective decisions in a timely manner, and balances current and future needs. Demonstrates problem-solving capabilities.
Requires high attention to detail; strong organization, customer service, and client management skills; and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Travel Requirement
Travel may be required. Weekend and evening work will be required depending on events being supported.
