About the Role

Manage Life Cycle of AIA Products

Strategic Responsibilities:

Lead operational and design portion of product development and management projects. Manage AIA products from launch to sunsetting.Provide valuable proposals/counterproposals to channel heads and Pricing Team regarding product design, positioning and target market to finalize product structure.Lead proposals for updates on product on-boarding, underwriting, processes, and contracts.Assess product and fund suite – validate any potential market gap and recommend those for updates and sunsettingResponsible for communicating with head of Product/Pricing/Chief Actuary/Group Office/Exco, other internal stakeholders (PIC, operations, channel heads) and external stakeholders (Regulators Reinsurers, Auditors) product design and updates on product development and management matters with respect to products/projects being led.

Operational Responsibilities:

Ensure submission and approval of all product management gating and documentationLead operational of UL Funds and coordinate with investments, pricing, actuarial and group office on requirements.Responsible for end-to-end timely completion of all assigned product development and management requirements of Products; review product development and management deliverables for reasonableness and accuracy.Ensure all requirements to operationalize processes and ensure product onboarding to delivery are completed timely and accurately.Ensure requirements for continuous product offering to market are always up-to-date, e.g. dividends, contracts, forms.Responsible for fulfilment of all audit and control requirements and communication of projects assigned.Review and approve ad hoc task results. Handle simple demands from different channels.
