You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks. At Bell, your skills and expertise will help set us apart as we continue to be the leading provider of digital connections and next generation services to businesses and governments. **Key Responsibilities** + **Bench Management Support:** Assist senior resource managers in maintaining the bench of IT professionals by updating skills databases, tracking certifications, and supporting career development initiatives. Focus on data accuracy and efficient processes. + **Project Staffing Support:** Collaborate with senior resource managers to support project staffing by researching consultant availability, identifying potential candidates, and contributing to resource allocation proposals. + **Skills Inventory Support:** Assist in maintaining the skills inventory database, identifying skill gaps, and researching training and development opportunities. + **Resource Utilization Tracking & Reporting** : Utilize the PSA to track resource utilization, prepare reports, and assist senior resource managers in identifying areas for improvement. + **Resource Forecasting Support** : Assist senior resource managers in preparing resource forecasts by gathering and analyzing data. + **Reporting & Communication:** Prepare reports on resource utilization and availability and assist in communicating updates to project teams and management. + **Process Improvement Support:** Identify and suggest improvements to resource management processes. + **Onboarding Support:** Assist with the onboarding of new IT professionals. **Critical Qualifications** + **Education:** A university degree or college diploma in a relevant field (business, finance) is preferred. + **Technical Skills:** Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and basic charting. + **Organization & Time Management:** Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. + **Problem-Solving Skills** : Ability to identify, analyze, and propose solutions to resource-related challenges in a systematic and creative manner. + **Teamwork and Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team. + **Learning Agility:** A strong desire to learn and develop skills in resource management and related areas. + **Workforce Management:** Experience supporting administrative tasks within a team environment, ideally with some exposure to resource allocation, scheduling, or performance tracking. + **Financial Acumen:** Basic understanding of financial concepts and metrics. + **Data Analysis:** Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data entry, organization, and basic analysis. + **Teamwork & Communication:** Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. + **Problem-Solving:** Demonstrated ability to identify and approach problems systematically. **Additional Requirements** + Candidates must work well under pressure and be flexible with work schedules to meet aggressive timelines. \#EmployeeReferralProgram Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. **Additional Information:** **Position Type:** Management **Job Status:** Regular - Full Time **Job Location:** Canada : Ontario : Mississauga || Canada : Manitoba : Winnipeg || Canada : New Brunswick : Saint John || Canada : Newfoundland : Mount Pearl || Canada : Nova Scotia : Halifax || Canada : Ontario : Ottawa || Canada : Quebec : Montreal **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid **Application Deadline:** 02/20/2025 For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
