Consultant, SAP HCM Tester

Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, SAP HCM Tester

Responsibilities
• Should be proficient in PA, OM and Time Management modules, CATS / timesheet entry process, LSMW.
• S/4 HANA Tester with Test Automation Experience with working in atleast 2-3 S4 HANA testing project.
• S4 HANA implementation/Roll out/Testing experience is highly desirable.
• Should have hands on experience with any one of the SAP Automation Tools e.g UFT, TOSCA, CBTA, Worksoft.
• Experience in creating Automation Test script.
• Experience in working with any Test Management tool HP ALM/JIRA/Solman.
• Experience in Manual SAP Testing of any of the SAP Submodules
• Should be able to Analyze Clients customized Business processes and identify testing scenarios, Author and execute Test cases.
• Ability to write Documents specification, user manuals, procedures and other relevant information.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents and business requirements.
• Must be detail oriented and quality driven. Good communication and customer service skills
• Should be comfortable working in multiple projects at a time and in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Graduation: MBA-Finance and Accounts/CACMA/CWA/MCA/ B.Tech/B.E

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments
