The Role
In this role, you will work beside some of the industry’s top consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills. You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze information, draw conclusions and present results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise while you benefit from more structured learning interventions that are tailored to the business area you join.
Performance Objectives:
Clients
Partner with consultants on client projects across multiple industries and HR functional areas Participate and assist the senior consultants in providing consulting services in areas of strategy clarification, organization development, performance management, compensation programs, competency modeling, corporate culture etc. Analyze human resource and business processes and make recommendations for improvement. Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes. Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels.Excellence
Develop technical knowledge and skills in the area of Rewards. Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations.Financial
Meet chargeable hours targets. Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by supplying information for proposals.People
Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.The Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in talent & rewards in the private sector or from HR consulting backgroundGood analytical and research capabilities.Good interpersonal skills.Ability to influence team members.Passion to acquire, share and disseminate new information and knowledge.Good command of both written and oral English.Equal Opportunity Employer
