Consultant: Financial gap analysis in CEE capital markets

Habitat for Humanity International is looking for a consultant to collect and analyze data and information which will help us explore effective ways to actively participate in the process of influencing or providing guidance on the development of new strategies of the capital market players (for CEE/energy related financing) in fund allocation.
Project: ComActivate - Enabling Community Action for Energy Sufficiency
Your tasks will be:Map the key investors currently investing in development banks for energy related projects (focused on building renovation) in CEE area Present how do they make decision on fund allocation, and what/who influences their decisions What are their current strategies and priorities Indicate and list the general trends in the industry
Required competencies and experience :At least 5 years of experience and knowledge in CEE capital markets focused on energy investments, Strong expertise in research, analysis and writing skills, and in developing comprehensive analyses on similar projects, At least 3 references of professional experience in conducting similar services, English language fluency spoken and written is required, Savvy in report writing and visualization of the same (clear and easy to comprehend by different audiences), Capacity for collaboration and responsiveness, ensuring timely delivery and openness to feedback, Registration in the EU preferred. Contract: Up to €8,000
