What You Will Do:

Guidehouse’s Business Transformation Solution team provides comprehensive and customer-centric solutions that transform our client’s operations, increase efficiencies, and prepare for change. We help our clients within federal civilian agencies, state and local government, and the energy provider sector to design and deliver transformational programs and strategies to solve their most complex challenges, evaluate and optimize program contributions towards business goals, and continuously improve the program experience for customers. Specifically, we deliver change management, program management, organizational and operations transformation, workforce transformation, and acquisition services.

As you develop project management skills and leadership abilities, you will have the opportunity to progress to the Consultant II and Senior Consultant levels.

Key responsibilities for this position may include:

Analyze and research client data and information to develop insights, present information concisely and succinctly, and inform organizational transformations. Collaborate with project teams to develop new business strategies, operating models, and functions and processes, and workforce strategies to improve client’s business. Provide project management, program management, and change management strategies support to implement transformational changes for clients. Demonstrate clear writing, confident presentation, and effective facilitation skills to develop work products,  such as presentations, reports, and newsletters. Participate in team meetings and communication threads on email and Teams  to communicate status updates and to elevate issues, as necessary.Collaborate with market and solution teams to contribute to go-to-market offerings.Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, whitepapers, marketing materials, conferences, and other thought leadership materials. Drive and demonstrate our cultural values through exemplary leadership behavior, people-first approaches, and cultivation of an inclusive, diverse, and safe environmentMeet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).


What You Will Need:

Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited degree program in 2024 and graduate by Summer of 2025)Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the countryNo current or future sponsorship is available for this position 


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Degree/Majors Preferred: Business, management, political science, public administration Interest and/or experience with federal civilian agencies, state and local government, and/or the energy provider sectorProficiency using Microsoft products (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project, Visio, PowerBI)Experience working in teams to produce high-impact work products, reports, and other deliverables in a fast-paced environmentPossesses strong oral and written communication skillsHeightened attention to detailAn inquisitive nature and desire for continuous improvement
