Consultant – Sustainable Supply Chain Management (Supply chain ESG and Lifecycle Assessment)

Our global network of regulatory experts, scientists and consultants support clients in the product stewardship, design, marketing, regulatory affairs, chemical compliance, and sustainability functions. This helps organizations minimize environmental impacts throughout the product lifecycle; take new, innovative, and safer products to market; support the responsible use of resources and a safe environment in manufacturing, distribution and end of life management; and protect market share through the successful defense of active substances and products.

As part of the continued growth and innovation of our global Sustainable Product and Supply Chain practice, ERM Taiwan is seeking for an experienced supply chain individual to join us as a Consultant. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Mainly responsible for Sustainable Product and Supply Chain practice

Client management and project management for different services at task level, including Life cycle assessment, supply chain compliance enablement, supply chain decarbonization, supply chain due diligence, audits, and training.

Handle client inquiries on regulatory or supply chain services;

Manage small size supply chain projects;

Assist in business development, marketing activities and client pitches and client facing activities;

Participate in other team services and collaborate with Sustainable Operation and Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change teams providing services such as ESG related service, training etc.

Monitor, interpret, communicate, and assess business impact of product compliance regulations for the clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

Master in Chemical Sciences or Engineering, Environmental Science or Engineering or related discipline;

At least 4 years or more of relevant sustainable supply chain management experience. Preferred to be in consultancy with relevant project experiences in product regulatory service, product stewardship, Supply Chain ESG Management, Supply Chain compliance audit, Product Circularity, Eco-Design, with cross-practices of experiences as a plus; Candidates with more years of experience can be considered for a senior position

Have good knowledge about Supply Chain Management;

Have good skillset about product life cycle assessment

Excellent in communication and coordination;

Experienced in small scale or task level of project management;

Excellent command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken);

Possess prior exposure to proposal and client management as a plus;

Ability to travel, maintain flexibility and work independently with minimal supervision
