What we can offer you:
· Opportunity to partner with a large cross section of new and existing clients to develop and execute effective strategies and communication/training/enablement campaigns that support the growth of recognition and performance development programs.
· Collaboration with Workhuman’s Customer Excellence team and other cross functional stakeholders to drive strong program adoption and overall program success.

The Skills you will bring:
· Consulting in one or more HR-related disciplines, including talent management, total rewards, recognition, employee engagement, employee communications, HRIS, and organizational development.
· Demonstrated working knowledge of HR concepts and communications practices. Experience in components of the Workhuman® Cloud platform and messaging is a plus.
· Ability to operationalize ideas and recommendations for benefit of internal stakeholders and customers
· Understanding of basic data analytics concepts, as they apply to program metrics and ROI
· Ability to establish a positive rapport with clients and colleagues
Achievements:
· You have been involved in projects that reacted to a customer’s needs, identified opportunities, defined strategies, influenced a customer’s decision and delivered an appropriate solution.
· You have effectively collaborated with other team members to ensure deliverables are accurate, professional, creative, and aligned with best practice.
· You have lead project meetings, strategy sessions, and business reviews with [customer] program teams and executives.
· You have effectively delivered informal and formal presentations or trainings to HR, business leaders, employees and/or executive stakeholders.
· Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment
