Intapp is recruiting a Consultant to join our Compliance team. The Consultant participates as a member of the Services team to fulfil the Intapp brand promise and delight our customers by providing world-class enterprise consulting services through platform implementation services designed to realize value, align business and strategic goals and to support strategic development of the customer.

What you will do:

Specifically, this role will:

Participate as the Functional Lead of a project team during the delivery of Intapp solution, Employee Compliance.Provide analysis of client needs and implementation recommendationsLead in the review of requirements and business processes to design new business
processes to deliver the solutionProduce organized, detailed, but easily consumed design documentation for purposes of capturing and conveying design/development/configuration of Intapp software.Support project Technical Lead in the implementation of the customer’s design.Deliver product/platform training to customers on the developed and configured solution(s).Act as the trusted advisor and subject matter expert to the customer.Lead clients to utilize industry leading practicesSupport other Intapp operations such as Support, Customer Success, Product and more.

What you will need:

2-4 years of experience in a technical implementation role within the Professional
Services in a SaaS organizationTeam player with the ability to coordinate work with all team membersOrganized, disciplined, but flexible independent professional with strong ability to task-switch
and manage multiple competing projectsEmotionally intelligent, engaging listener and thoughtful communicator possessing exceptional
written and verbal skillsStrong communicator, personable and collaborativeDemonstrate maturity and acumen navigating business and professional environmentsObjective and goal-oriented professional who is used to achieving targetsDemonstrated experience in leading business process reviews, design reviews and change
management with clientsExcellent hands-on skills with office productivity tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Visio)
 

Preferred Qualifications:
 

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or strong related equivalent experienceExperience in the Compliance industry, in particular experience with industry-standard code of ethics software systemsExperience with systems integrations, business process integrations, and automationCloud and SAAS experienceIssue tracking system (e.g. JIRA)Organized, disciplined, but flexible independent professional with strong ability to task-switch and manage multiple competing projectsComfortable working independentlyObjective and goal-oriented professional who is used to achieving targets
