Job Description:

Due to strong growth in our portfolio, we are looking for a new colleague for our Industrial & Logistics team in the North East of the Netherlands. We are looking for a young professional and entrepreneur who wants to work at the highest level within the industrial and logistics real estate sector.

What will you do as a (Junior) Consultant Industrial & Logistics?

In the fast-growing industrial and logistics real estate market, you will be constantly looking for opportunities for our clients. You will be familiar with market developments and actively contribute to product improvement and exploring new markets. Together with your colleagues, you will work on our leading leasing and sales portfolio.

Your Responsibilities:

Leasing and Sales Process: You will (co)manage the entire leasing and sales process.Viewings and Negotiations: Organize property viewings, negotiate on behalf of clients, and manage contract formations.Client Advisory: Advise clients and be a professional counterpart to them.Lead Generation: Come up with commercial ideas and generate high-quality leads.Improvement Suggestions: Contribute to improvement proposals and collaborate with the team to implement them.Pitches and Advice: Prepare high-quality pitches and advice for clients.Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of clients and partners.

Where Will You Work?

As a Consultant I&L, you will be part of a national team responsible for the leasing and sale of industrial and logistics properties. The I&L team has been a market leader for many years and works closely with Capital Markets, Occupier Services, and Project Development Services. The team serves a wide range of clients, including property owners, investors, developers, and governments—both national and international.

The team consists of 40 driven and enthusiastic real estate professionals who work closely together from offices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven, Utrecht, Zwolle, Arnhem, Enschede, and Groningen. The working atmosphere is informal and hands-on.

As a new colleague, you will be mentored by experienced consultants who will support you in building your professional knowledge, personal growth, and network both inside and outside the organization. This will provide you with a strong kickstart as a Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield.

Your Profile:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.Languages: Fluent in Dutch and highly proficient in English.Experience: Work experience in a commercial environment, preferably in real estate.Skills: Strong communicator, professional, curious, development-oriented, and ready to take on responsibility.Flexibility: Willingness to travel (valid driver's license required).
