What We'll Bring:

Impact You'll Make:

Qualification - Requires bachelor degree in any financial or IT related fields. - Must have at least 1-2 years experience in technical support, investigation, root cause analysis and report generation. - Requires excellent written and verbal communications skills with a background in technical communications. - Expert level in Microsoft excel. - Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to bridge business and technical environments, and ability to build professional relationships. Demonstrated ability to meet critical time sensitive objectives. - Works closely with other teams especially within Operations. - Build excellent relationship in both internal stakeholders and external TUPH members. - Willing to work in hybrid and at least 40% working from the office each month.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
