Inviting applications for the role of Consultant _ Coupa Administrator

As a Coupa Administrator you be responsible for the daily management, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of the Coupa platform. You should have a strong technical knowledge of Coupa, experience integrating it with ERP systems (especially JD Edwards), and an aptitude for troubleshooting and optimizing workflows.

Responsibilities

System Configuration and Maintenance:

Manage the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Coupa platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Create and modify approval workflows, business rules, and user roles as needed.

Perform regular system audits and updates, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

User and Access Management:

Administer user accounts, permissions, and security roles, ensuring proper access control based on organizational policies.

Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to internal teams for using Coupa functionalities.

Integration Management:

Ensure smooth integration between Coupa and ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.

Manage data imports and exports, ensuring accurate synchronization of suppliers, purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports.

Troubleshooting and Support:

Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues related to the Coupa platform.

Reporting and Analytics:

Generate custom reports and dashboards for tracking procurement, expense, and supplier performance metrics.

Provide insights and data analysis to support strategic decision-making in spend management.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Complex Problem Solving: Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

Monitoring: Monitoring/assessing the performance of yourself, other individuals, or gforganizations to make improvements or take corrective action.

Active Learning: Understanding new information's implications for current and future problem-solving and decision-making.

Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

Judgment and Decision Making: Considering the costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Coupa certification is a plus.

Experience with SQL and data manipulation tools.

Familiarity with cloud-based systems and financial software.

Experience in a spend management or procurement-related role is a plus.
